A post-mortem set in a brass bound mahogany box, with a green velvet lining. Second half of the 19th century, england. In the lid one finds a pair of scissors and a amputationsaw, in the base we see several scalpels, knives, needles, hammer and chisel. Several instruments are signed by the makers ‘ wood & son’ manchester ,’teven’ and ‘mathew’ from london. Meas, 23.5 x 7 x 4cm.
