An old graveyard human syphilis skull, C 1880-1900 and probably male. In that period a lot of cemeteries were cleared because of urban expansion and population growth.
There is evidence of porotic hyperostosis involving both parietals with trace on the frontal bone. There are also numerous lytic bone lesions and stellate scars on the frontal and both parietals. Additionally, tooth loss, alveolar abscessing, resorption are present and the left arcus zygomaticus is broken.
