This anatomical print of the foot in different angle’s was once part of The book ‘Élements d’ Anatomie, à l’Usage des peintres des sculpteurs et des amateurs’. It was written by Jean Joseph Sue (1760-1830) and printed in 1788. Elements of anatomy, for the use of painters, sculptors and amateurs, decorated with fourteen intaglio plates, representing in nature all the bones of the adult and those of the early child, with explanations. A copy can be found in the National Library of France
