Cupping Heater by Siegfried, 1937

A brass cupping heater with a sticks and flint including, 1937. Signed on the bottom with “Siegfried / DDD / MCMXXXVII” with an pharmacy esculape on the top. The heater was used by cupping. It is a method in creating a vacuum by plugging the cotton swab soaked in alcohol by moving over the flint and applying it to the skin. Measurements 16 x 7 x 4 cm.
