A ducretet & roger, paris jointed discharger, c 1910. It is signed on the joint. It have two brass rods, length each 50 cm with a balls on the end, and connecting to each other by a joint. The glass handle, length 23 cm, is to secure the person who hold it from the effects of a shock. Mint condition.
