The forceps and toothkey with ebony handle are signed by Evans & co, London and the forceps have a number for corresponds to the list of Contents of Tooth instrument Case. Measurements mahogany case 40 x 20 x 5 cm and had a brass label with inscription “A.M.D. , Tooth instruments”
