German Trepanning drill set, c. 1850

One of the first complete metal, working art of the instruments and the handles, trepanning set in mahogany woorden case. The layout of the instruments is about the early 19th C, but than with metal handles incase of wooden or Ivory handles. The set consist of a Trephanning drill with three conical crown cutting of different diameters and two perforators, forceps, key for removing the centric pin, two elevators, and three lenticulars. See pictures. The metal instruments are polished but you still can see the age of time. All is original to the set in a mahogany case with key. Measurments case 30 x 13, 5 x 5 cm.
