Human Fetus model.

An anatomical model of a fetus on a stand. It is an imprint of a human fetus, according the moulding lines on the model. The mould is cast in plaster and polychrome painted. On a part of the fetus, the skin is prepared away so that the musculature is visible. Possibly from a museum given the label signed on a wooden base with the initials: F.D. S. 47. – 6. This could indicate that the model was made in 1947. Considering the length of the fetus, 16 cm, the age of the fetus will be about 17 weeks. Dimensions 17 x 11 x 23 cm.
