Mid-19th century Hygenic dental set

A mid-19th century Hygenic dental set with six ivory and polished steel instruments. Each instrument has his own handle which, is uncommon because regularly there is one handle which can be screwed to each instrument. The case is made from morocco leather and the inner from red velour. The case, handles and instruments are in perfect condition.
