A english ‘opthalmoscope improve’ from the beginning of the 20th c. This instrument was used by [eye]doctors to examine the retina of the eye for diseases. It has a battery in the handle. The half-round, leather covered, case has a beautifull faded blue velvet and silk lining. It is complete [even with spare light] and in a nice condition.
