A Dental Split-shaft punch Elevator, Circa 1790. Is introduced  by Benjamin Bell. An octogonal ebony handle with two parallel shafts, each with its own head, were separated by a sliding ring which increased the area over which force might be applied. Length 13,5 cm and some corrosion on the metal.
